Swimming banned for now - Fekruna area

How sad that one can no longer swim in the Fekruna area of St Pauls Bay  :(

The Health Directorate has banned swimming in Xlendi and at St. Paul's Bay near Fekruna Pumping Station because of sewage overflows.
Health warning signs indicating the exact zones involved have been fixed in the areas.
For further information, people can contact the Health Inspectorate Services between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on telephone number 21337333 or by email mhi@gov.mt. Outside these hours, the public may call the automated system on 21827146.

For now, take care!

PLASFISH is alarming evidence (which is news to me) that these Tuna Farms are helping to cause even more environmental damage.

Fekruna is really clean now!  This is awesome!

Looks like a government initiative I didnt realise:

Thanks!

Lets hope the public will help keep it clean!
